A storybook museum was set up in the media center objects were displayed from different books including: Harry Potter’s wand, Officer Buckles’ badge, A scale from the Library Dragon, and Fancy Nancy’s boa.
Students enjoyed coming to school dressed as their favorite storybook characters.

One of NBES' Kindergarten classes were rewarded with a pizza party by the Second Harvest Food Bank. The class brought in the most canned goods! In fact this class brought in about 14 pounds of food per student!
