I have been a teacher in the Brooks County School System for eight years.  I have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education degree and a Masters of Reading degree.  I am also working on my Doctorate of Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction.  I plan to be finished with this degree by the end of the 2011-2012 school year.  I taught second grade for five years and have been teaching third grade for three years.  I was selected as North Brooks Elementary Teacher of the year and served as the Brooks County School System teacher of the year in 2009. I have always wanted to be a teacher and love helping students reach their potential and be successful.
