My name is Yurshema Flanders and I’m the Family Engagement Coordinator at Brooks Co High School.

I as the Family Engagement Coordinator I will ensure effective involvement of parents in an effort to support a partnership among the school, parents and the community to improve student academic achievement, build parents’ capacity for becoming involved in improving their child’s academic achievement; encourage parents to be actively involved in their child’s education at school and are full partners in their child’s education and to explain parental choice and ensure parents have information to make well informed decisions for their children.
