You will find schedules, assignments, due dates for assignments, and helpful links to make you a better student. Assignments

Every day when you enter the classroom, you will find a beginning assignment on the board. It may be a journal topic, a reading sample to summarize, EOCT practice, or a grammar practice. Enter the classroom, take out the needed materials, and begin quietly begin working. I will be calling the roll; please answer when your name is called and then continue working. We will begin the day's lesson shortly.

September 6-9, 2011

>Lessons this week will cover "from The Crisis, No. 1" by Thomas Paine. We will read, view, and discuss The Crucible by Arthur Miller. There will be tests after each act of the play.  PARENTS: All 11th Grade students are participating in a persuasive writing workshop led by the English teachers each Wednesday to prepare them for the Georgia High School Writing Test, which will be given Tuesday, September 27th. PLEASE make sure your child attends school on these days and on the GHSWT test day.
